How do I scale

Have you ever looked at a workout and realize there is no way you can move the weight that is posted but not sure how much weight you should use. Use this Prilepin’s Chart. It takes you knowing you 1RM for a lift but it gives you a baseline instead of just grabbing random weight. TO use this chart take the total amount of reps for a given lift and then go to the approximate rep column and use the percentage to the left.
