Lunge down and Reverse Lunge back
15 Air squats
15 Push up
15 KB swings
15 Burpee
5 Inch worms
2 rounds not including the Row/AD

10 minutes
HS Holds work on collecting 30 sec of HS Holds
If you do not have HS Holds work on Tripod position
If you have a solid tripod work on bringing you legs from your elbows up to a straight position and back down to your elbows
