High Knee D&B
Butt Kick D&B
Frog Jump down
Burped Broad jump back
3 min Jump rope practice

Touch and go Power clean and push press/jerks
Work on linking 3 together at a time

3 Clean and Jerk
15 WB
10 Rounds

Cool Down
2 min slow Row
T spine stretch :20 hold ea side x 2
PVC pipe OHS sitting in the bottom as low as you can go :30 x 3
