OKAY, here is your Christmas workout. Everyone have a great Christmas. Those that were around last year it is the same you can retest your time!
There are 2 weights to choose from, Santa weight for big boys and Elf weight for the lil guys. 🙂

1 Snatch – you will notice there is no power before the snatch.
2 Thruster
3 Front Squats
4 Push Press
5 Hang Power Cleans
6 Deadlifts
7 Pullups
9 KB Swing
10 Box jump
11 V ups
12 Burpees
Like the song 1, 2-1, 3-2-1 etc.

Santa weight 135/95 for barbell movements, 70/53 KB and 30/24in box jumps
Elf weight 95/65 for barbell movements, 53/35 KB and 24/20in box jumps
