Simple and to the point the Crossfit Total
Spend 5-10 min with a general warm up. Work up to a heavy lift and you get three attempts to set a 1RM. If you need more of a warm up show up earlier

1RM Squat Spend about 20 min
1RM Press Spend about 15 min
1RM DL Spend about 20 min

DO NOT BE LATE TOMORROW!!!!
