10-15 minutes working Wall walks into a HSPU Hold. If you need a spotter then use one. Focus on good positioning here and trying to touch your toes only to the wall and have your body in one straight line.

18 mins of:
15 Box Jumps 24/20
12 Push Press 115/75lbs
9 Toes To Bars

Cool down 750 Row at your a pace you can maintain that is easy to maintain.
