11 Sep 14 — 9/11 Never Forget

The first posted WOD was not done at LCCF today, the below WOD was done in it place. The workout starts with 93 seconds of silence to contemplate on the events of that day and how it has impacted and changed our lives. The rest of the workout is painful in parts and is heavy on your legs just like my heart when I think back on that day. Do not just do the WOD…do work and when you are hurting and want to stop please remember all those people who never got a chance to take one more step…dig deep and by busting your ass give tribute to those who have passed both on that fateful day and since.

93sec Moment of silence (UA flight 93)

9 Box Jumps 30/24
125 Squats (125 deaths in Pentagon)
11 Burpee chest to bar pull-ups ( AA Flight 11)
175 DU (UA Flight 175)
9 Hand stand push-ups
11 KBS 70/53 9 T2B
77 Overhead walking lunge 45/25(AA Flight 77)
11 Push press
