Warm up
400M run
10 pull up
20 push up
30 squat
800M run
15 pull up
25 push up
35 squat

1RM clean
20-25 minutes

Start NLT 40 after
9 Back Squat (185/135)
5 Rope Climb
7 Back Squat (225/155)
3 Rope Climb
5 Back Squat (245/170)
1 Rope Climb
Morning class please sweep the mats after the ropes are done being used.
